After we have reviewed the Property Investment Profile we will, along with your input, draw up a contract of work to determine exactly what level of service you would like.

Once the investor has signed our contract, we will then get to work in sourcing a potential property.
Our project management contract is for our services to manage a project. There will be a separate “build” contract between the builder and investor.
When we have identified a property that we think will meet your requirements, we will immediately inform you so that you can decide whether or not to proceed with an offer.
If you decide to offer and it is accepted, we will ask for a portion of the agreed sourcing fee to be deposited into an Escrow account. Once the property has been surveyed and the sale completed, we will invoice for the remaining fee.
During this time, if you decide you wish to use our property renovations service, we can discuss the scope and budget for the refurb. That way, ideally on the date of completion your property can be modernised immediately, wasting no time.
At the end of this process, if you are using our services to let the property, we will prepare the property for rental, arrange for the relevant contract with our letting agency to be drawn up and then rent it out.
